Selection and design of a service

The conception or idea of \u200b\u200ba service not starting from scratch is the reaction or response to needs of a group of people or to develop a service is solving a problem is a process that helps to improve social relations.

The steps followed for the development of this stage are:

1. identify the problem and objectively clarify the intuitions and face difficulties resulting from the evidence. Reliable information should be recorded about problematic situations that look to see if they can be resolved in the context of service design.
2. characterize users: An important factor is the user involved in the problem situation, which will be potential users of the service, they must know their characteristics, in all matters, socio-cultural level ages, their needs, interests etc.
3. propose possible solutions, according to the requirements set out various solutions which are compared in strengths and weaknesses opportunities and threats (SWOT), analyzes and seeks the best and most feasible procedure.
4. make service project goal: be explicit The solution to that is really solve situations. you can set an overall goal and several specific.
5. rationale: to support a project must take into account several criteria

or coherence: analysis based on the degree of logical integration of the various components of the project.
or Relevance: analysis of the capacity to respond to real needs of groups and individuals involved, consider the feasibility, and timeliness.
or Relevance: analysis of degree of significance of the actions and outcomes for individuals directly involved in the project. It is thus understood a project is relevant when it is meaningful for the people to whom they are addressed the actions of change.
o Cost benefit: based on an economic principle that broadly states that a project is successful if the profit generated by investment in a given period is greater than can be obtained with an alternative during the same period. It is also considered when a project is more effective in-law was achieved lower cost products and the benefits are far more than investment.
and Efficiency: Analysis of resources or inputs used to perform the activities and obtaining the expected results, when a project has no deficit is said to be efficient. Feasibility
or

Activities: Work on your blog for development and then at the end of your work process presents a report with all surveys or interviews.

1. Identify a problem situation in your school that can be solved with a service project.
2. Identify potential users and applies a tool designed to meet your requirements (survey, interviews), tabulates and analyzes the results. (Minimum of 30 surveys)
3. According to your study proposes a service solution with varying characteristics depending on the outcome of your survey and make a comparative table (foda). Pick the best alternative.
4. Formulas for the proposed service objectives.
5. Build your project according to the criteria set forth above.
