My name is Luis Fernando Pinedo Kijne, of Ecuadorian nationality based in Chile 10 years ago, I have 47 years, Doctor in chemistry and pharmacy, since childhood I have been interested in minerals, in my first collection was of having the periodic table of elements so obtained, phosphorus, sulfur, calcium, etc ... elements that subsequently found in the middle, every stone that glittered more than usual the gathering, after a while my wife gave me the first issues of a collection of minerals, obtaining my first collection in proper containers with respective literature after a few years dozens of minerals have I got the ambition to have big rocks and so I achieving several examples of very large sizes.

My interest as an amateur is to form a group of friends interested in the topic and exchange experiences, to be able to leave once a year to spot and get the ore from the same mother earth.
